January 2022 - Hope and a Future All kids should be able to take for granted a good education, but many of the children in the village of San Jorge, Sololá, Guatemala do not have this opportunity. What prevents them from obtaining an education is a lack of money for the basic needs of school supplies, uniforms, basic food, and transportation costs. This can leave families in a cycle of poverty for generations.
