Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of Blue Apple Coffee receiving the completed and paid for order. Any order not paid in full is not subject to this policy.

Shipping is done by our fulfillment company, located in Lafayette, Louisiana. Shipping times, delays, lost packages are subject to USPS services. Please be aware that longer shipping times are expected during the holiday season. Blue Apple Coffee is not responsible for delayed shipping caused by natural or manmade disasters, higher volumes, issues with the USPS, or lost packages. 

A shipping notification will be sent to the customer once the order has been sent to USPS. Please refer to the notification for all information needed if you need to contact USPS to change or request and update on the delivery.

If you do not receive a shipping notification within 3 days of paying your order in full, please contact us at dogoodbegenerous@gmail.com so that we may remedy the issue immediately.
